Standard fabric

Crohmiq® Blue
Crohmiq® antistatic fabric in blue. Its special threads gradually release static charge into the air, with no need to ground the bag.

Baffle
A container with side seams and internal baffles (ties) that keep a square shape, maximizing capacity during transport. Ideal for low-density products. Available designs: four-panel, laminated or unlaminated.
Circular
A container made from circular woven fabric, which gives it its round structure. With no side seams, it offers a low risk of contamination. Available in laminated or unlaminated fabric.
4 Sides
The 4 Sides bulk bag is made of four polypropylene fabric panels sewn together, so it keeps a square, stable shape during filling, storage and transport. Its design makes the most of warehouse and container space, allows safe stacking and provides excellent strength for handling bulk materials in the food, chemical, mining, cement and agro-industrial sectors.
U-panel
A container made of four side panels, with lifting loops between the center panel and the side panel at each corner. It offers great flexibility in base sizes and load capacities. Available in laminated or unlaminated fabric.
2 Points
The 2 Points bulk bag has two integrated lifting loops for fast, safe and efficient loading and unloading. Its practical design makes it easy to handle with forklifts and lifting equipment, making it a cost-effective solution for transporting and storing bulk materials in the food, chemical, agricultural and construction industries.

A bulk container liner, also known as a "sea bulk liner", is a specialized protective packaging system designed for the efficient and safe transport of dry, free-flowing goods inside shipping containers.
Cotton packaging

Raffia

Transparent raffia
A translucent woven polypropylene bag that lets you see the product without opening the package. Ideal for grain, seed, beans and agricultural products where presentation and visual inspection matter, with the strength of a traditional woven bag.
Laminated raffia
A woven bag with a laminated layer that makes it more resistant to moisture, dust and weather, and keeps the product from sifting through the weave. Ideal for fine or moisture-sensitive products such as cement, lime, fertilizers, flour and chemicals.
Natural Kraft Paper Bag 1
A multi-wall kraft paper bag for packing powdered or granular products such as flour, cement, lime, plaster, animal feed and chemicals. It offers good strength, easy stacking and an excellent surface for brand printing.

What is a bulk bag?
It is a flexible intermediate bulk container, also known as an FIBC, big bag or super sack. It is made from woven polypropylene fabric and has lifting loops for forklifts or cranes. At Envagreenpack we make them with capacities from 500 to 2,000 kg.
What are they used for?
To store, transport and handle dry bulk materials safely and economically: grain, seed, sugar, flour, fertilizers, chemicals, resins, minerals, sand, cement and waste, among others. One bulk bag replaces dozens of small sacks and cuts loading and unloading time.
Which industries use them?
Food, chemical, mining, cement, construction, agriculture, plastics and recycling. Any operation that moves dry product in large volumes can benefit from them.
How do I choose the right size and capacity?
It depends on your product’s density (how much one cubic meter weighs), the weight you want per bag and the space on your pallet or truck. With that information we calculate the ideal dimensions. You can start with our quote builder, which shows the volume of each design.
Which fabric do I need?
Unlaminated for most dry products; laminated when the product is very fine or moisture-sensitive; ventilated for products that need to breathe, such as potatoes, onions or firewood; and conductive or Crohmiq when the product or environment is flammable and static electricity is a risk.
What is the difference between 4 Sides, U-Panel, Circular, Baffle and 2 Points?
It is how the body is built. 4 Sides and U-Panel are the most versatile; Circular has no side seams and lowers the risk of contamination; Baffle has internal ties that keep it square and make better use of space; and 2 Points has two large loops for fast handling.
What is the safety factor?
It is how much weight the bag withstands in testing compared with its rated load. By standard, single-use bags are designed with a 5:1 factor and reusable bags with 6:1. Let us know if you plan to reuse them so we build them with the right factor.
Can they be reused?
Yes, if they were designed for multiple trips (6:1 factor) and are inspected before each fill: no cuts, open seams, damaged loops or contamination from the previous product.
Are they suitable for food?
Yes. We make packaging for the food industry and hold Kosher certification and an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. Ask your sales advisor for the specifications for your product.
Can you make a custom design?
Yes. We adjust dimensions, capacity, fabric, loops, filling top and discharge to fit your process. See the options in Custom design or build your design in the quote builder.
How are they handled safely?
Always lift them using all loops and proper equipment, never stand under a suspended bag, do not drag them and respect the rated capacity. Store them indoors to protect them from sunlight.
What is the minimum order and lead time?
